rear end vibration- kinda long, PLEASE HELP!!

I have my car on 4 jackstands. I replaced everything in the rear:
    sway bars/links
    rear bearings
    springs/shocks
    new rotors/pads

I put everything back together and put a wheel on the rear of the car and when i turned the car on (car is still on jack stands), and kept the car in 5th gear, the wheel had a slight wobble as i let it spin freely... I can actuallyfeel it at around 60-70mph on my speedo, but noticed the wobbling immediately by inspection... After removing the wheel, I took a look at the rotors and they are also wobbling..
The rotors are NOT loose. The retaining nut is on very securely and I can't get any shimmy on the rotor by hand.

Could it be that I may have bent the hubs as I took the rear bearings out?
I didnt' hit them that hard...

How easy is it to actually bend the hubs (the part where the wheel lug bolt threads are)

Or should I just put the car down, and drive it and it will eventually break into itself over time....considering that everything is brand new...

update: it's not the hubs, It's actually the rotors that I got from TMS are warped.... I believe

is that true? or do I need to let them work into themselves after a few miles of driving?

IN NO WAY shape or form should ANYTHING be wobbling on the car when doing work back there. ESPECIALLY with brand new rotors.

If they are new, and the cause of the problem, demand new ones! :)

Could be improperly installed bearings. i.e. not in perfectly straight. Brand new rotors should not be warped. I think rotors do move a little side to side opposite the set screw without the wheel on. Does it do this on both sides? My guess is check out the wheel bearings.

I never would have had the brilliant idea to start and run my car on jackstands . . . . .

I think Silly WIlly is right - I'd bet the bearings were not installed correctly.

Well, i had a professional bearing puller meant for that exact application. Everything worked fine. but i think I figured out the problem..

In the beginning when i was trying to get the hubs out to originally replace the bearings, i had to tap on the back of the hub with a hammer in order to jog it loose enough so the bearing puller could do it's work... I guess by doing that hammering kinda "burred" the front of the hub to the point where when I put the rotor on the hub, the back of the rotor hub wasn't sitting flush with the front of the hub because the burrs were slightly protruding causing a mis-alignment.
I hope that makes sense, but that's what's happening and I fixed it on one side to a point of 0 vibration up to 120mph. I've been trying to fix the other side, but I stopped because the engine is too loud in the neighborhood this late at night...
