clutch chatter

Whenever I let my clutch out, I get a chattering vibration and it shakes the whole car. I recently replaced the tranny and motor mounts. Anyone know what it could be? Could this end up being a money eater fix? The clutch has never felt right since I've got it. I've driven other crappier e30's that beat my clutches feel...
