    Who makes unsprung clutches?

And how much do they cost? I have a hookup on clutches, and I may be able to get high performance clutches at a gratly reduced price that can handle up to 800 ft./lbs. If they are at an affordable price-point comapred to the competition, how many people would be interested?

Also, besides un-sprung, we can get sprung-hubbed clutches and kits with OEM release/pilot bearings, that are as good/better quality than Sach's kits. Am looking foreward to some positive responses, and I would love to get this project on up and running, and possibly get a group buy going.

Edit: basically, we can get custom clutches made, equal to or better than any performance level on the market, Sachs, MM, whatever your looking for, cheaper than the competition, with OEM release/pilot bearings, and we are guaging interest.

Yeah, but how much do these cost? I have a good feeling we can build and sell these for a good deal less than what ca be bought in the current aftermarket, with almost infinite customability. I can build individual cluthces for individual applications, with torque hold ratings of up to over 800 ft./lbs

No, this is on the side actually. I honestly believe we can come to market with a solid reliable product better than the competition at a reduced price, with very little turnaround time on the first orders.

I have an OE M3 clutch for my swap, with a JB racing aluminum flywheel. I'll shoot you a PM at the other place tomorrow from work. I am always looking for something new and tricky.

OK, spoke with my clutch builder today. Basicaly, we're going to build 2 clutches and test them out and see how we like them before he will build a large quantity of clutches for us. He gave me alot of great info on how clutches really work and just how important it is to match everything together, especially for a high HP streetable application. Amazingly, this man also said he has and can re-surface dual-mass flywheels, So, I guess we'll get a couple clutches made and continue this after that.
