    Make sure you have adequate fluid levels in the reservoir so that the clutch line is not sucking air as well.

    Happened to me a few times, try pumping the clutch pedal like crazy and see if it builds as pressure. If not, it could be that the master is leaking internally.

    You could also try reverse bleeding, but pump the crap out of it and see if it builds pressure and continue bleeding. More than likely I would say it's the master if the slave isn't leaking.
