no pressure after motor/clutch swap??

So did an m42 swap into my 91 318i, new clutch while.we were at it and then when we started it up and attempted to drive it up the street, I had no clutch pressure and was burning clutch along with some very metallic sounds from under the car...any ideas on what to look for?

bump...anything guys? I've ordered a new slave cylinder, but anything else we can think of??
