    Question on m20b27 auto to manual swap using my old m20b25

    I have a 1988 325is which is manual and buying a stupid clean 1985 325e which is auto :( but it's from Cali and I'm in Canada so car is crazy mint

    I have a couple questions, would the tranny from the '88 fit ? What trouble would I run into ?

      Same question but I have an 87 325 wanting to know if an 89 325i trans will fit? Someone help us.
