Turner Performance Shifter Bushing Assembly?

If everything else is done, the rear bushing basically doesn't do anything other than keep the shift carrier from falling onto the driveshaft.

It's cheaper than the BMW piece and it looks nicer, not that you'll ever see it again. There's play in the factory piece that I would guess this does not have.
