    just wondering
    i know the 260 can go on m50s so can the tranny from an e36 go on an m20?
    i assume a custom driveshaft would be required

      The smaller tranny from a 325, 323, or 318 will bolt up, but the 260 is a better tranny than these. The only one that would be an upgrade is that huge ZF thing from the M3s or 328s...
