    260 to ZF 5psd swap

    First off, my 260 has lost 3rd, and is making some noises that scream "rebuild me!"

    I have access to an MZ3 ZF 5spd (presumably the same as an E36 M3 5spd) that was bolted to a Euro S50.

    Is this a viable "dogleg" type swap (going for a 1:1 5th gear, i know the pattern isn't dogleg).

    Now, I have the E36 m3 flywheel and clutch - Is the flywheel dual mass?

    Use E30 M3 driveshaft or shorten existing one?

    E36 M3 slave

    A lower ratio diff - 3.23:1 would be perfect - can MZ3 diff hardware be made to fit?

    - what else will I need?

    Im running oem s52 99 m3 clutch/flywheel. 3.25 big cae lsd, and a e30m3 driveshaft with my 5spd zf.
