Are all 260's the same -

Will one from an E34 M20 fit right into an E30 with no mods, esp to the drive shaft?

This is the model getrag I speak of "260-0-1346.91" is this the same p/n as an E30 item?

It should work, but I'm not 100% certain. You may have to swap output flanges. Double check that the flanges for the trans mounts are the same as well.

The 325iS Evo's didn't come with the same box as the std 325i.

It had a sport box... dunno the part no. but it's the same box that came on the British 325i Sport.

with 1st-3rd close ratio.
