Which 5 speed transmission is the best for conversion

It is probably on here somewhere but with some searching I didnt see anything about it. Hence the reason for this thread. I am wanting to convert my auto 1991 325i over to a 5 speed. Which transmission is best suited for this ? Best bang for the buck. I am sure there are several different ones that will work but wanted to know which one I really needed to look for. I know I need the cross member, linkage, mounts and drive shaft. But I just wasn't sure which trans would be the best ? If anyone could post there ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

For a auto to manual swap with a m20 your only option is the getrag 260. From a 325e or 325i

Really that is easy enough then. I just figured there were more than one that would work.
