New transmission mounts

so while i was replacing my clutch this weekend i decided to replace the tranny mounts as well.

I made new ones out of Delrin. I didnt have a chance to drive the car too much but i did drive it enough to experience the new mounts, these things are super stiff, they have zero give and it is really obvious. My car feels completely different.

Anyone know how delrin compares to poly urethane? I dont know if im going to like the vibration much longer. altough it is nice to know that these mounts will last a long time.

I swapped the OE mounts in my track rat for Urethane and there's a noticeable increase in vibration. I can only imagine how much more you'd get with Delrin... On a track only car Delrin mounts would be acceptable, but on a daily driver I can't see going beyond Urethane.

Yea the vibration is pretty outrageous. I am going to switch them back to OE. It makes the car feel like shit, not smooth like it should be
