my clutch pedal is feeling a bit lazy...advice?

W/120k miles, my 90 i is exhibitng a bit of a lazy clutch pedal.....clutch grab feels good overall...no slippage. The pedal just feels less springy on the take up...........is it the slave? or?....what do ya think. Im a bit mechanical.... BUT NOT TOO GOOD W/ THIS STUFF.

Have you bled the slave cylinder recently? Try that first if you haven't.

Otherwise, it's a larger mechanical issue such as a bent release fork or pressure plate teeth.
