Hello I was searching and read on e30 tech

if you are using a 260 that came from an e in an i you need a e28 (i think) to bearing. if you want to order one call patrick at BMA and just tell him you need the to bearing that james crivellone used with his tranny.

NOOOOOOOO, I just put the engine and tranny back in the car then I read this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's true. When I did my i swap with e tranny I used a regular i t/o bearing. It started making noise within 2 weeks.
