automatic trans. tool (star key)

Does anyone know what size tool (i call it a star key) i need to remove the autumatic transmission filter on a 89 325i. thanks matt

ummm... if you're talking Torx, buy a set. Most european cars need em at some point. Hell my volvo 850 had nothing but torx screws in it.

yes that is the tool i am talking about. your right i should have a set by now. i forgot they were called torx. anyone know what size i need for the auto. trans filter?
