    Sach Stage 2 Clutch

Alright guys and gals. I am looking for a Sach stage 2 clutch for my 1987 BMW 3.25i (but it's going to be going in a 1989 BMW 3.25is).

Yoshi has been helpng me out, and I need your help on finding a stage 2 clutch. I found a bunch of OEM spec clutches, but never can find a stage 2.

If you could please help me that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

What are you doing to need a "stage 2" clutch? Stick with a factory clutch unless you are boosted or are a hardcore racer.

Buy a 6 puck sprung disk from clutchnet. and Run a stock PP and T/O.

This car will be 90% track use. Stage 2-3 is about what we will be looking for. The car is going to be drifted so the clutch grabbing is paramount. Plus sach has like 12 stages anyway. stage 2 isnt that bad or more expensive than just oem.

The friction plate doesn't have springs in it, so it grabs harder. IE sells a HD race friction plate without springs, or you could find some other clutch manufacturers that have a similar product.

I know it says e36 but the disks are the same.. Also IE sells an identical product for way more...

I thought you said you were building a race car? What does around town count for?

Exactly my point. The only reason I run a HD PP and a 6 puck is I have LOTS of torque and NEED it. The stock clutch would just spin at more than 4k rpms in 3rd and up..

Would be great. Solid hold and probably better at clutch kicking.
