Eh? your tranny should be a getrag 260 which is the same through all years. The flywheel IIRC only matters for the starter. It shouldnt have any effect on the tranny/clutch bolting up. Id get the kit for whichever starter your car has. Although ive swapped flywheels before and the car still worked.
I dont get why the shafts would be miss matched.

Ok, so i have an 88 325, m20 engine, 89 325 manual transmission, and a single mass flywheel ( 85' 325e i think).. So which clutch kit do i use? I tried one for an 85' 325e, but the disc is to small for the input shaft on the trans... Thanks for all your help in advance!!!
