as noone seems to have had this problem before me i am gonna post up what i did incase someone else happens to get this problem. if you have any of these symptoms with your car this is a quick and easy thing to check for before spending money on parts.
Symptoms: pressing clutch in all the way and still unable to shift. friction point in clutch action seems to vary. in short your clutch is either not working or is working off and on.
Cause: one possible cause (what happened to my car) is a cracked and bent bracket. The bracket that holds the clutch master cylinder may have cracked and bent, on my car it happened just below a small bend.
circled in red.

Fix: i would suggest either replacing the bracket, which would be replacing the whole pedal box, or welding the crack back together, which may be difficult in such a tight spot.
as of now i plan to have mine welded back together, currently i have a temporary fix in place.
My temporary fix involves a 2-3 inch strip of 1 inch wide something like .25 inch thick aluminum. took a bolt to fit into the threaded side of the bracket holding the clutchmaster, installed this bolt through the aluminum, bolted in on the reverse side from the master cylinder, tightened down until the bracket is straight. to install the master cylinder on this use the regular rear mounting bolt and on the front bolt (which is coming through the other side now remember) use a nut.
dont have a pic of this yet but will have one soon
