Will these transmissions work in my 325is.

I found a couple transmissions for sale. Will any of these work? This is my first post and I just converted from e28 land.

1. e30 M3 (Im going to say yes.)
2. 88 528e

Damn I was wrong on the M3 trans, oh well.
