auto to 5 speed questions

are the bell-housing bolts different? I'm worried that i've gotten all this work done and will need to wait and find F***ing reversed torx bolts that are the right size, if I don't need reversed torx what size threads are they? I pulled my auto and they had like 3 different sized bolts.
