hey i just installed a B&M short Shifter in my 325es and have a question. Ok i love this shifter but i have one problem it rubs agiants the harmonic balancer and i was wondering if i could remove it without it giving me problems. or are there any other suggestions. thank y'all

Yes, you can remove that so-called "harmonic balancer" with no issues. Mine came off like 4 years ago, with no vibrations added.
