Help! Need a shifter expert please.

Hi all,

My 5 sp trans is running just fine and I am not having any performance problems but when I am in second gear it feels like something is rubbing agains the shifter. That is the best way I can describe it. It sounds like it is rubbing against the drive shaft or something. There is also a lot of play in the shfter it self. What can I do, if anything, about this? It is getting irratating.

I hope to fix it if I can cause I love my E30!!

Thanks for your help all. :hitler: I found the problem. It appears I just need a shifter bushing rebuild kit. Excellent. I love it when I have a quick turn around like that.
