Anyway, my driveshaft is FCked up! Check it

Sorry about the "quality" of the pictures

Can't tell if the output shaft is damaged from the photos but the guibo is a cheap and easy thing to replace. Good thing you caught it when you did. Those things mess All kinds of shit up under there. Looks like you caught it just in time. Anothe few hard accelerations and it would have been destroyed.

    Good luck with the repairs.

Buy one from the dealer: a little more money, but much thicker/stronger than aftermarket.

Make sure you install it correctly, there was an arrow on mine, but not on the aftermarket one I destroyed.

        GL!

Fuck, man, that had to be making some shitty noises for quite a while...you trashed the driveshaft and the output flange!

Put the new guibo in so you can drive it, but prepare for buttraping if it breaks.

The "sleeves" are part of the guibo!

When i break shit, i break it good. But yeah it was squeaking for a long time. I will be replacing a whole bunch of other shit while its up in the air

              Center Support Bearing

              Diff-mount Bushing
              Subframe Bushings
im looking into getting aluminum or delrin for those
i found them in aluminum as a set for 155 on AKGMotorsport

and im getting a CV Boot kit

so i don't know if im going to be able to bring the car up to the picnic.

IF you keep it calm, the trip to SeaTown (yO!) should be no biggie on that guibo-only fix.

You just gotta make the picnic...just like I am going with a bashed fender when I have a good paint matching spare...
