Need to change the CSB and from what I've read it makes sense to do the guibo at the same time. Real OEM seems a little confusing on what parts to order, even using VIN specific look up. How do I tell what guibo to order?
How do I tell which guibo I need?

You'll have to take a look to see which variant you have and match up the new part.
If the CSB's rubber mount has failed (the usual failure mode for a CSB) you almost certainly will need to replace the drive shaft. In almost all cases a failure of the CSB is the result of binding drive shaft u-joints. If you don't replace the drive shaft, the new CSB will have a very short life. The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
