    3.42 diff

    Ive located what seems to be a S3.42. and im wondering what car it usually came in. Im baffled at this point and could use some help.

      i think that ratio came out of an E28?

              maby the es has a lower ratio. or they just swapped the output flanges and the rear cover

                  To my knowledge, the e28s with the M30s had either the 3.25 diff or the 3.46 but I don't believe either of them were lsd.
