What models have a diff that will swap to e30?

I have been trying to research what other models would have a diff that would swap into an e30 with a back plate swap if needed?

So far I believe that the following are candidates:

E28
E24

i know the e28 fer sher you just have to swap the flanges and rear cover. im not so sher about the e24

those are the only ones.

the gears from almost any 6-cyl BMW will swap into an E30 housing as well. Just the ring and pinion.

FYI the e34 525tds diff fits too.. And the e36 compact diff..
