    Tranny leaks

I replaced my output shaft seal the shift linkage seal but i still see little puddles of tranny fluid. The front part by the bell housing is completely dry the problem is towards the rear but i can't figure out where its leaking from.

Is the fluid only on the rear face of the transmission? If so, I'd suspect the output seal or perhaps one of the bolts on the rear of the transmission is loose. If there's fluid on the transmission forward of the rear face, but not on the bell housing, you could be loosing fluid from the breather or reverse switch.

^ Its all coming from the tail shaft area but i just replaced both the tail shaft and linkage seal and the motherfucker still leaks. I Made sure they weren't pushed in too much either and that they set in so im lost.

Clean all of the fluid off the tail of the transmission and run the car for a bit while still on jack stands or a lift to find out where the fluid is leaking. If a short run doesn't show the leak, you'll have to drive the car for a bit and re-check. My guess is that the problem is the output shaft seal. It might not have gone in square or there might be a groove worn in the flange.

or the blind plug, on the back of the tranny (driver side, view from rear)
