New Differential vibrations

Hello to everyone im new to this forum and E30's and i have a question i hope someone can help.

So ive just fitted a new Differential to my 1985 325e and im getting some small vibrations when im changing gear mainly 3rd.
Does anyone know what this could be?

drive shaft is all screwed up needs rebuilding so im saving up my pennies
