Vibration noise

Hey Guys - I replaced my shifter to the z3 1.9 along with the delrin shifter bushings about a year ago. It was a bit wonky getting it into R but with a little force (torn boot over time) it worked. I noticed recently that when Im N or 2nd I hear a vibration noise. Is that the selector rod making it? Video for reference. Thanks for the help up front!
