    Manual swap clutch issue

I am in the final stages of completing the auto to manual swap. When installing the master clutch cylinder I heard a pop and didn’t think much of it.
Fast forward another weekend and 5 hours of bleeding the hydraulic line, I’m stuck. The slave cylinder seal is now broken and my clutch pedal is twisted and folded to the ground. Basically I busted the master, slave, and pedal all at once.
I know I’m a dumbass for forcing the pedal to the ground so hard but what else could have gone wrong? Was it the busted master that kept introducing air into the system thus preventing the pedal to go flat to the firewall? I followed every bleeding procedure I could. Even tried pressure bleeder. I had a buddy help me with the manual bleeding too. Nothing worked.
    Thanks
