I know this an E30 forum but I was advised by Jonathan from Redline Motorsports.
I just got my M62 Non-Tu in my E36 and running. All wiring including getting the OBD2 port to work. Issue is now I would like to have my CEL communication working for obvious reason. Jonathan said that since I did the swap I no longer have a CANBUS available. He did say that there is someone named Garry Peterson here that can assist with adding a CAN module. If Garry can reach out if seeing this or if someone can assist me with this or have Garys info that would be greatly appreciated.
