    Fuel return and Charcol canister?

So my carbed v8 setup has been run "dead head" style without a fpr. Im putting a return style fpr in but i dont see a clear return line. It looks like the return line runs into this canister. Not real sure what it is or why the fuel/vent lines run into it. Also the return line should be the outboard line that runs along the frame rail and the lowest line at the bulkhead correct?

If you've V8 swapped E30 the fuel lines most probably are not like in stock, so you better trace them under the car and see what goes where.

Charcoal canister is not a "fuel return point", but a vent for the tank..

I built my car completely from scratch, so I know precisely what line and wire goes where and what is the function of each.

Take your time and study things / the car.

looks like you have the obd II fuel rail, just look for the obd I one it has 2 inlets, way easier and same mounting holes whether its obd I or II intake manifold

The lines under yhe car are all stock. I doubt the guy that originally swapped it was smart enough to run a 2ndary charcoal canister for the return line based on the crap he did everywhere else but there should only be a feed return and a vent line from the stock tank right? Right now ive got a def feedline from the pump and the other 2 run up into this canister.

I was under the impression that the charcoal canister was it the rear wheel well if it has one and there was only 1 ventline running to it from the tank.
