How big of a wheel tire package needed to handle 350hp/Tq?

Trying to figure out if I need to go with 17's or stay with 16's

    Thoughts?

You are thinking about it wrong, think width and quality tire vs diameter...

I'd say you'd want at minimum, 225's as a width. Sounds about right Jean?

Ok. So I dont like stretched tires. When i was in the VW scene i never did understand that look.

I thought i'd have to go with a 17 to get a wider tire?

There was someone in the 17's on e30's thread that was running 17x9.5 with a 255 40 17 Looked tits!!
