1990 e30 318is and M60B40 Wiring - Different to other e30's

It appears my e30 being a late 318is, the C101 wiring is slightly different to other e30 models.

This is my e30 318is C101 wiring, I'm unsure on Pins - 6,8,11,12 & 14?
I have no oil level wires in my C101.



My e34 wires, some wires are different colours to what I was expecting but most I think need to be omitted anyway:-



Therefore wiring adaptor should be?

Looks similar to mine, except I dont have a CEL at pin 8 as its empty on my e30 C101, Also pin 12, his says Temp Sender Ground - Yellow/White and I have a Brown/Yellow wire which I was going to omit, and finally pin 22 where I might have named it wrong, I called it O2 Sensor Heater Relay, and his says Diag Connector (same wires tho). If his is right, and mine is wrong, do I not need an O2 heater relay wired up? The rest of the wires seem spot on.

you do need to power the o2 heater relay. I'm not exactly sure how though as I ran into the same issue

Gawd I think I did that o2 wire right. Now I have to go check to make sure... ugh

Well home for lunch and it looks like i didn't use #6 on the c101
Now i need to sub the power from somewhere else.. Any suggestions? Oh and as point of info i spliced a c101 pig tail onto my harness.

Its just a 12v on ignition, take it from pin 7 but put a fuse in it. I could be wrong of course, and yours could be different to mine.
