So you guys remember how I drunkenly bought that mustang turbo manifold kit in this thread? Well guess what? IT MOTHER FUCKING FITS

While I was pulling parts off my car (parting out all the stuff that won't switch to an e36 [gay, yes. more room? yes. stronger/better rear end setup? yes. fits bigger radiators & gets better airflow under the hood? yes. can fit a 351w block so I don't have to get a Dart for my turbo build? double yes. can keep my power brakes? FUCKING YES.]) I decided to see if the turbo manifold would fit... and fit it does. Now, that's not to say the clearances aren't tight as shit - "tight" alone would be an understatement. Regardless, it does fit and could be somewhat reasonable to work with. Passenger side manifold fits (barely), the fire wall is gonna have to be beat in a bit for the downpipe to fit, the downpipe may have to be shortened by a few inches coming off the turbo, the crossover pipe must be shortened by 4-6", THR style lolis MUST be used.
IMO this is a great alternative for the people who wanna
A. Be a boss because they have a turbo v8 e30
B. Have enough power to break everything on the car twofold
C. Overheat always
D. Did I say turbo v8 e30? Lol.
But seriously, it's a good alternative to doing heads. Instead of spending $1500 or so on a decent set of aluminum heads, you can instead opt for the $200 manifold (probably about the same amount of cash as the heads in the end after all the other turbo bits though) and get more power than the N/A setup, especially if you have a decent cam. FWIW, I've been reading threads where foxbody guys are making 1000+hp with Ford Racing F cams, which are like $250 or so. Just saying, it's a viable alternative/option for people. And before anyone asks, I have no idea what brand manifold this kit is, the ebay listing didn't have it. I imagine any of the foxbody passenger side manifolds will fit though, they all pretty much look the same. Obviously with the ebay specials you'll wanna brace them a bit, cheap chinese manifolds have a tendency to crack.
Anyway, here's the full, max size/res photos to let you guys know what you're getting yourselves into.
