Go big or go home!! Just my .02 worth!! I could see a built 350 going into a e30 though!! Can make a lot of horses with relatively low cost as there are a lot of bolt on options for a Chevy 350!! Mine in my Camaro had 425 hp with off the shelf parts and I was a poor high school grad/college student when I did that one!

There was a 383 stroker with 4 speed on here not to long ago. But haven't seen any BBC yet. I do believe that there is one in FL that has a Big block Old's. But it may have a tube front end under it.

In before a MERLIN or GMPP 572 e30 thread exists.

    (I don't care until it's a NRE30.)

A BB would fit, but it is wayyyyyy too heavy for an e30. A Iron SB is too heavy IMO too.

Ive seen a carbureted 350 and auto trans swap on the net 10yrs ago think it was a maroon car somewhere down south, not much of a write up though. Don't think its possible to get a big block in the bay and make it practical. Big block would just be to heavy for the front end and simply not fit

Big Block or Small block swap?

Has anyone ever swapped a big or small block Chevy into an e30? I know ls is similar, but an older 350 or so? If so, link to thread
