M60 cams into M62

Is there an advantage?

I've 2 M62B44's sitting in the garage, one is to get the project up and running, the other is to rebuild in the future into something more spicy.

I've read that the cam duration on the M60 cams 'should' give a performance increase.

Has anyone proved this yet?
