clutch problem

So recently I've installed ceramic disc and double diaphragm pressure plate . Now i have this problem - clutch wont work when pedal pushed - cant select any gears while car is turned on.Its 5spd gearbox with 530i e38 SC and stock e30 MC. How to solve this problem?New MC from e34 or e39?

did you bleed the system?

Could be the slave cylinder.

Ofc. Pedal feels kinda hard but still it wont properly work. Searched for leaks still nothing . Now im considering maybe MS from my 316 is too weak,gonna try putting smt from e34
