    e30 lsx build

    I'm new to the forum im building an 87 bmw with an lsx swap its going to have an auto transmission 4l60 06 6.0 out of a denali here are some pictures of the progress so far

    What mounts are you using? That intake elbow fits perfect!

        Nice to see mounts that place it where it should be. What headers? I wanted to do that with mine buy I made a set fit.

          Thanks guys. My friend is making the motor mounts. And the headers are 98 02 f body headers not that expensive paid 150 for them

            Are you using the truck accessories or changing to corvette? Which Oil pan?

              Im using all corvette Accessory drive and a gto front sump oil pan to clear the steering rack

                  Any chance he will be fabbing more of those mounts? Is there a reason why you chose auto over manual?

                    I could not find an manual trans and this one was 500 fully rebuilt from a friend of mine so i could not pass the deal. I dont think he has is making any more this is his second e30 that he is building

                      Is the GTO pan the only one that will clear or will an f-body pan clear?
                      What are your plans for brakes?

                        It does not work because the f body is rear sump all the oil is in the back and with the gto the oil is in the front im going to look for a hydroboost set up
