Stock LS Headers for LS Swap

Has anyone done an LS Swap in an e30 using one of the many stock style headers? I'm asking because I'm considering building an LS powered e30 but I want to use the E-Rod LS3 so I can make it completely emissions compliant... (at first :devil::devil::devil::devil::devil:)

Anyways One of the cool things about the LS small block is the fact that there are probably 20 different OE style headers for the motors so I'm sure one will work. I'm curious if anyone has made it work whether it's been manifolds from a CTS-V, a GTO, An Fbody, A vette, center collect, rear collect, whatever?

Chevy SSR manifolds might work ... you can get them from Walmart and return them if they don't fit. The collector flange is on the big side, but could be trimmed down

I'm sorry if necro posting is against forum rules but I am curious if the stock headers would work for this as I'm interested in BAR'd swap options.

Update SSR which are the same as Trailblazer SS manifolds do not work I tried.

It was a while back but i remember seeing someone use 4th gen camaro jba shorty headers. Jba headers are carb legal, but i think he mentioned something about bending them a little bit to make them work. I can't find the pictures i had saved.
