    5.0 swap clutch

Doing 5.0 swap in 86 325e. Have a 1990 5.0 and tremec t5 trans. Trans didn't come with a clutch though so what clutch should I buy? Dont want to spend more than like 250$ on the clutch and all since I'm just trying to get it running so I can drive it stock then I'm going to do .30 bore aluminum heads and cam so I'll rebuild trans and diff clutch then. Also how can I switch from hydraulic clutch to cable? I'll make a build thread after I finish but its gunna take me a while to do it since I'm so short on time this time of year.

The "King Cobra" clutch will serve you fine. And why do you want to go by to a cable clutch, are you having problems with the hydraulic?

I just dont want to have to spend 400$ to buy a hydrolic kit for the t5. Not concerned with smoothness right now just trying to get it in and running for now. Just spent like 2500$ for everything so I'm pretty broke now lol

It's nice. Double nut the adjuster rod or it'll vibrate loose. Also it's a bitch to bleed, I made up a remote bleeder.

Yep king will be fine. I had a cable setup on mine and i hated life. Seriously had to replace broken cables every 6 or 8 drives. And i needed to build a custom legth cable and swedge a cable end everytime. I bought the rosehill setup and a garagistic pedal box but never got a chance to install any of it before i decided to trade the car for a daily. Worst choice ever
