New exhaust installed M60 magnaflow

I'm planning to run some proper tubular manifolds, no cats, x pipe, twin 2.5 pipes into these pair of boxes.



Anyone got a similar setup? How will it sound?

Oh god, that is the perfect BMW V8 sound. Not raspy or lumpy, but refined and smooth an aggressive :)

I believe that specific muffler has an X pipe built into it.

Correct. However is actually optimal to have it a lot closer so you don't loose that low end torque and the car doesn't run lean. I plan on tuning it to correct that issue, but these V8 are not torque monsters to begin with.
The whole purpose of this build was to build myself a Mtec1, the V8 was just a bonus.

Sorry guys I haven been able to make a sound clip yet. At the moment all I have is my iPhone, and it just doesn't give it justice. Believe me the sound with this setup puts a smile on my face. Its exactly what I wanted.
