Alternator is by Denso, yes custom brackets but quite simple. It's actually from a digger. 40A weighs about 1.5kg.

Ok - so If I understand you are existing from the manifolds to these two under the middle of the car and straight pipe to the back ? You do know there not much room in that section of the car especially if you are lowered.

I should have explained, it's not in an e30.

I've loads of room, I've removed the spare wheel well to save weight. The boxes are only 5x7" x12" long.

For a twin exit system.?!

I have an exhaust coming from each manifold up each side of the transmission tunnel into a separate box each. No cats, 2.5" piping to these boxes.
