Will 6 speed fit the E30? Getrag 420g

Hi guys,

title says it.
Will the 6speed v8 gearbox fit the E30?

I know the the gearbox brackets must be custom made and requires a big flange driveshaft + shortened.

What about the tunnel itself, do I need to cut 'n weld/hammer or something?

Yes they use it in m6x swaps. Garagistic sells a relocation bracket as well as the driveshaft (assuming you're doing a v8 swap).
Would recommend searching the growing number of m60/m62/s62 builds that have been completed in the forum.
