Ready for the v8 swap to be finished!

I've been working on a 302 swap in my 86 325e for a while just doing it here and there and it is almost finished. I'm now wrapping up the small things which seem to be the most time consuming:(... I will post some pics

What did you do with the steering shaft? Still deciding what to do for my swap. Sounds good man. More pics!

You don't have to do anything to the steering shaft if you run the header forwards.

^^^ exactly what he said just buy shorty headers and flip the ...driver side on pass and pass on driver. Then have you custom exhaust made. Btw if you plan on wrapping your headers like I did make sure you do it after they are bolted in if not it is nearly impossible to get a wrench on the bolts. good luck

Thanks for the info! The sikky headers I got are ceramic coated so thankfully I won't need to deal with that.
