V8 Oil cooling radiator

Hello there,

i have oil filter housing like in this picture:








i have used search function in this forum but i had no luck.
the question is: Can be an oil cooler radiator mouted for this oir filter housing? if yes then whitch hose should go where?

i would like to mount something like this:

i am planning on eventually plumbing a cooler on. ive welded AN fittings to the stock fittings for the block and my filter housing. Check more recent posts on my build thread.
