    Power Steering Pump Plug

I just flushed my PS fluid by draining via the aluminum plug on the bottom of the PS pump. It worked great and my steering is far lighter than before. The only problem is that fluid is now slowly leaking from the plug (small puddle in garage). The plug does not seem to bottom out into the housing so I screwed it in roughly the depth I found it. Any tips on fixing this, should I screw it in deeper, back it out flush, loctite or Teflon? Thanks!

You can't really flush the system from there since you miss the rack entirely. Not all PS pumps seem to have a drain anyway. However, some PTFE sealant should solve it, and if you are worried about the plug moving you can peen the aluminum body of the PS pump over to hold it in place.
