Changing Sunroof seal ?

Is it a hard job to remove the sunroof and replace the seal around it ? Is it a big job having to take the interior roof lining back to get the sunroof out and then replace the interior lining ? I have heard from some locals that it is a pain in the ass to do it.

I"m replacing mine also...i found one in pristine condition this weekend at the local junk yard and sanded and painted it with primmer already and waiting to reinstall it...the linning just comes right off the back by pulling back while the sunroof is in the vent position...i don't have to replace the lining so i haven't looked at the front part ..hope it helps some
