Anyone know this part? Small bushing?

Does anyone recognize this part? I recently had a bunch of hardware zinc plated and this is the only part that I don't recognize. It is about 1/4" in diameter and about 3/8" tall. I also for some reason have 5x of them. Looks similar to the bushings in the middle of the rubber mounts for the fuel tank, but much small and without a real flange to it. Could be any hardware on an e30 or for the M20.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pedal area pivot bushing? It does also look like those metal isolated mounts for the tank, but I thought those didn't have a shoulder.

I can’t seem to find any metal style “bushings” in the pedal diagrams on real oem.
