FIXED IT!
Someone along the line jumpered the slider switch and the wire they used was coming loose intermittently!

Have you checked your ac pressures low and overcharged Freon can also cause that aswell, I don’t think I mentioned that before

Appreciate it. You probably didn't see my last post since it went to pg2, but it is now fixed! I did verify the charge as well, thanks for the tip.
